Centro Linguistico Internacional Spanish school is recognized and accredited by the Guatemalan Ministry of Education, the tourist commission INGUAT in Antigua, and Universidad Rural in Guatemala City.

CLI Spanish School was founded by a group of professional Spanish language teachers in order to provide quality language courses at a reasonable cost. Personalized attention is our standard; everything revolves around you, the language student learning to speak Spanish, whose needs and desires receive our complete attention. Our job is to provide our students with the required skills to effectively communicate in the Spanish language whether they study intensive Spanish for academic reasons, for career enhancement, or pleasure.

CSA was originally created with the vision to help missionaries with their specific language needs and skills required to perform their job effectively. But in designing such a good program, people with a variety of backgrounds and professions began to come and we diversified. The primary goal of CSA is to teach Spanish regardless of religious views. Right now, in addition to our Missionary Program and the General program, we have programs to meet many different needs. These programs are:

Business, Flight Attendant, Civilization & Culture, Medical, Ecology, Veterinary, Children, Literature, University Programs and a Busy People Program (where we send the school to you).

Our spanish school offers courses one on one, all year round, flexible and shifting schedules, well trained teachers, competitive prices, learning materials, comfortable lodging, free services and a great atmosphere. Our courses for professionals are focused on the practice and theory of each individual job. With an extensive and guided practice of
situations and audio visual resources you will be able to work on social projects in Guatemala and other countries.

Cima del Mundo spanish school collaborates with Ninos de Guatemala, an organization that works helping children from Antigua Guatemala and surrounding communities. The recruiting office for volunteers is located in our Spanish school. Students of our school can participate by donating or working in Educarte a school located in Ciudad Vieja.

Our program includes several work and grammar books. These books contain an example of dialogue, the grammar used in the dialogue and exercises. Our program is constituted for four levels: A, B, C, and D. Each level is developed in a minimum of forty hours. When the level or book is completed, students must be tested in order to advance to the next level. Students receive one book in each level, and there is no cost for the book.

Our school suggests a 6 hours a day course
We find that the most successful students, the ones who achieve the most fluency and accuracy in the language, are the students who study for six hours each day. This approach provides the student with a very efficient program designed to teach and improve Spanish grammar, usage, and conversational skills. The student studies with one teacher each morning from 8 a.m. until 12 noon with the primary focus being on grammar and usage. In the afternoon, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., the student will study with another teacher who will concentrate on improvements in conversational skills.
